Product personalisation
Our diploma tubes can also be provided with a carved company, school or institution logo, or the initials of the awarded person.
Any surface of the tube can be used for this purpose (with exception of the tube bottom, which is entirely used for the manufacturer‘s logo or the artist’s signature). For product personalisation, an area of maximal 50cm2 can be used. If an area larger than 50cm2 should be used for personalisation, the product price will be determined as in case of own carving design.
Atypical proportions
Commonly used diploma size is 297 x 210 mm (A4).
We are ready to meet your request as much as possible, if you require tube for another diploma dimensions or plan to use the tube for storage of another material.
Own hand carving design
If you cannot choose one of our standard diploma tubes carving designs from our CATALOGUE or from our exclusive EX TUBUS offer and you have a specific idea of how the carving work should look like, please send us your design (preferably drawn or at least its verbal description, or the motif photo, how should the carving look like). Our architectural office will prepare the carving work manufacture design and send it to you including the final price calculation for review.

Delivery Times and Payment Terms
Original wooden diploma tubes production is a purely custom based manufacture and the business terms and condition reflect this.
The delivery period starts to count only after the order conclusion and all documents handover by the customer and the subsequent approval of the graphic design of the product and is 8 weeks by default.
The tube production beginning is conditioned by the receipt of full payment for the ordered product to our bank account.
If you need the product in a shorter period than our delivery time, it is possible to discuss this matter in advance and, if it is technically possible, we will do our best to satisfy you. In such a case, the express surcharge serves mainly to cover expenses of the express air transport.
After the order conclusion we will issue you the invoice – a tax document.
